Mainsail Villa – Alethiko
Within 15 minutes of leaving Larnaca airport you could be swimming in your own private pool!
This newly completed spacious villa on a small select development, has beautiful mountain views from all the rooms, and is in a very peaceful location within the village.
Mainsail villa is fully air-conditioned; every room has patio doors so the whole villa has a light airy feel and virtually every window has a mountain view. For, while a large family (or two!) can all feel at home in the villa without getting under each other's feet, a couple could equally stay in Mainsail Villa without it starting to feel empty or uninviting. The large lounge has plenty of comfortable seating, and the separate kitchen/dining room offers peaceful dining away from the TV, with a patio door opening to the pool and terrace. All bedrooms have lovely curtains with black out lining for guests comfort, we also provide a hair dryer, curling tongs and straighteners for guests use.
Bedrooms:
Master bedroom with king bed and en-suite with power shower, 1 double bedroom with king size divan, 2 twin bedrooms with 2 single beds each. All rooms have plenty of wardrobe space and access to balconies.
Bathrooms:
En-suite to bedroom 1 with wash hand basin, power shower and WC. Large family bathroom with bath/shower over, wash hand basin and WC. Down stairs cloakroom with wash hand basin and WC.
Kitchen:
Large modern kitchen with American fridge-freezer with ice making facility, hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee percolator. Large dining table to seat 8 with patio doors to own private pool and terrace.
Living Rooms:
Very spacious open plan lounge with 42" plasma TV, Sat TV, DVD player, and comfortable leather sofa’s, reading/ office area with patio door to landscaped garden. A selection of books and DVD`s available.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Bedlinen, towels and pool towels provided. Weekly change of bedlinen included - washing machine and washing powder provided should you require more frequent changes. Pool cleaned twice a week.
Outside
Situated on a large corner plot with landscaped gardens, private pool, poolside shower, outdoor dining for 8, sun loungers, BBQ. Open views looking towards the beautiful mountains.
Coast/Beach. Larnaca town has several sandy beaches with sun beds, umbrellas, water sports, scuba diving, snack bars, restaurants’ and marina. Just a 10 mins drive from Altheriko are quiet beaches which are ideal for a picnic, and the famous golden sands of Ayia Napa and Protaras are 40-50 mins drive.
Golf is available approximately 1 hour drive away to Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley golf courses.
Skiers can from mid January until the end of February go to the Troodos Mountain range which is approximately 1.5 hours drive away to enjoy skiing! Ski schools and equipment hire is available.
Travel
15km to Larnaca International Airport (15 minutes drive). 1 hr 15 minutes drive to Paphos International Airport. Hire car recommended.
Further details
Our property manager (Angela) who is English and lives nearby will meet you at the villa on your arrival to welcome you and to hand over keys and show you around the villa. Should you require any assistance/advice during your stay Angela will be more than happy to help. Maps and guide books are provided in the villa.
Booking notes
A booking deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks before the start of your stay.
A refundable security deposit of £150 is payable with your final payment which will be refunded within 14 days of departure.
We can accept payment by cash, bank transfer, and credit card/debit with 'no service charge'. £, other currencies by arrangement (US$, Euro etc).
